Gopal Dairy Farm is committed to delivering pure, fresh, and high-quality dairy products directly to your doorstep.

1. In-House Delivery Management (No Third-Party Integration) To maintain strict hygiene, freshness, and quality control, our local daily deliveries within Indore are managed manually by our own dedicated Gopal Dairy Farm fleet and delivery staff. We do not use third-party courier aggregators or external automated delivery logistics for local fresh dairy dispatches. All orders are manually processed, packed, and assigned to our trusted delivery personnel.

2. Shipping Areas

• Local Delivery (Fresh Milk, Curd, Paneer, Shrikhand, Ghee): Managed manually within Indore city limits.

• Domestic Courier Delivery (Pure Ghee only across India): Dispatched via registered manual courier services for outstation locations.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Local Daily Orders (Indore): Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are scheduled for delivery the next morning.

• Domestic Orders (Outside Indore): Packed manually within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location.

4. Delivery Charges Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address distance and total weight of the order. Free delivery may apply on promotional orders above a specified cart value.

5. Order Updates and Tracking Since deliveries are handled internally by our store team, you will receive manual SMS or WhatsApp updates from our staff regarding order confirmation and dispatch. You can also directly contact our store manager for real-time delivery status.

6. Recipient Availability Fresh dairy items require prompt refrigeration upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unresponsiveness, our team will coordinate manually for a re-delivery attempt (additional charges may apply).
