At Gopal Dairy Farm, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality fresh dairy products. Since dairy items are fresh and perishable food products, we follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
Returns Policy Due to the perishable nature of fresh dairy items like milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and shrikhand, we do not accept returns once the products have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Exchange and Replacement Policy We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect product was delivered to you. You are eligible for an exchange or replacement under the following conditions:
The product packaging was damaged, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
The item delivered does not match your order.
The product was expired or spoiled upon delivery.
Process to Request an Exchange If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 12 hours of delivery:
Take a clear photo or short video of the damaged or incorrect product showing the issue clearly.
Send the photo/video along with your Order ID to info@gopaldairy.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 97555 22020.
Our team will verify the request and arrange a replacement for the item at no extra cost, or issue a refund as per your preference.
Non-Eligible Scenarios Exchange or return requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
Requests made after 12 hours of delivery.
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
Partial consumption or usage of the product before reporting the issue.
